The last thing we want to do is make people feel unwelcome or like there's a part of TBN that is for "insiders" only. The logic behind the post count was to not display the content of the forum to the public, or to new members who may get the wrong idea of the type of discussions that are encouraged here. And in light of that, perhaps the 500 number was a little steep.

So, what I've done is reduce the requirements to the front porch to 50 posts and one month of membership. Hopefully 50 won't be too many. :laughing:

Hey now-- wait just one second...

I am about to push for the 3 millionth post contest.. I just can't believe Muhammad broke the deal me and him made about the post requirement for the Front porch..

you see next week it was supposed to go up to 750 and then in 3 months 1000..

This way we could keep ensuring high counts of posts so we could hit the 3 mil mark faster..
