You already stated that you refunded his money, this post says different.

Don
Jeremy asked for us not to refund but would like the part. We are reviewing all the info and seeing where we made the mistake. Hopefully it will work out to his benefit and all will be happy.

Julie's statement is true, however I will note that there were conflicting statements made by Julie regarding my refund before I declined the refund.

I appreciate the ongoing sentiment of Gator to make their customers happy, it is truly noble. I hope that it will be backed up.

There is tremendous confusion regarding what was said, and when. Let me reassure you all, I know it inside-and-out.

I was wrong..........gatorgirl didn't sign as Melissa..........But did lead KennyD and the rest of us apparently: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachments/174557-gator-markham.html#post1989222

Don87 I have to be honest here that was me, I started Gatorgirl then to let you guys know you could get a hold of me, Mr. Muhammad was mad at me at the time, so when we sold to Christie the business went from Markham to Gator so I thought Gatorgirl would be a good handle for me then. Well then when all the crap happened she took my old office as her own, and I will guess and say that was how the password was discovered and changed for my account on TBN. Sorry for all the confusion.

I knew this right away....as when I ordered a tooth bar about two years ago, Melissa had told me about being banned from TBN for promoting products without being a TBN advertiser. THEN, the "tone" of the messages changed when the "new gator girlz" started to post.

I tried to point this out to the board....but it slipped by most. I don't like multiple people posting as one identity. :confused3::thumbdown:

Thanks for clearing this up Melissa....easy to see how it happened....and out of your control.

I wish you and yours :thumbsup:the best on Thanksgiving and for the future.

It definitely slipped by me, and I agree multiple posting as one identity is a very bad idea.

I appreciate the honesty.

I also wish you and Allen the best in your future endeavors.

WOW....
IMHO- I would never have any type of public communication (such as here) made by multiple employees- under one identity. I would be very clear and specific that it was I, as the owner- commenting on such a sensitive issue.

Second, I would never allow employees to make statements, as have been posted- in ANY capacity. It only confuses, insults and worsens the problem trying to be resolved. Professionalism should be first and foremost.

IMHO, Gator has done themselves no favors in trying to establish or maintain their credibility. I have been following these threads, and am now entirely confused as to who has been the author of anything from gator.

Maybe with time, they will be able to regain the trust from those who have concerns. I hope their efforts will also be honest and help them gain more customers in the future

Followed this from another thread (bored at work). Read almost all of it.
All I can say is I'm glad I got a tooth bar and the second light duty grapple that Markham built. I'm glad I'm not in the market for anything at this time and even if I change tractors my attachments are SSQA so I can keep them and use me on the new tractor.

I've been looking for a tooth-bar for my new tractor and saw Markham's name bandied about as a reputable seller. Now, after doing a little searching and seeing that they've been "bought out" or whatever transaction transpired and are now being operated as Gator whatevers and sell themselves as the "hot gator girls" - I'm probably looking elsewhere. I need a decently fabricated and manufactured set of bucket teeth but not from a group that thinks their appearance or boob size will do me any good in moving dirt and debris. Save it for selling lingerie or beer - please. IMHO - it seems as though the new ownership wanted to "acquire" an already reputable business and then make a living off the previous owners' good work. That's what the record I've read seems to indicate. So if there are other quality manufacturers of these types of attachments, please post here on TBN.

I also think that it is very important for this stuff to be made public. Isn't that the power of the internet and the new information age? Poor performance can't hide in the shadows of obscurity anymore.
