Two loaded rear tire questions

I vote for tubeless based on the valve stem. You can get a better idea of what the fluid is by either heating it (and seeing when it boils) or sticking some of it in your freezer and seeing if it turns to ice at normal freezer temps.

I was basing it on the valve stem. If some tubes have nuts, then you could loosen the nut and push the valve stem in. You may have to let some air out first. If it's tubed, no air will leak once you push the valve stem in. It will leak if it's tubeless.

Why not just take a small amount of the liquid in a plastic cup and put it in the freezer?

I agree id say its tubeless due to the 'nut' appearing to me metal. But as you can see with this

There are plastic nuts to hold these tubes in with
On mine its standard to have a nut hold the tube stem in on the rears.And for the 40 years I remember they have always been plastic.
with a tube you should be able to remove this plastic nut with your fingers its that loose a fit usually.

Even if the dealer has changed hands, you should still be able to find out from the new owner, or any dealer for that matter, if the rear tires on a 2002 New Holland TC40S came from the factory with tubes or tubeless.

looks like a tube because 90% of the tractor tires that has tubes and larger tractors have nuts to hold the valve stem in the whole so when u go to put air in the tire u dont push it back in and have to break the tire back down and put the stem pack through the whole

and it looks like plain water
