Please dont be afraid to post and post often. This is a great forum that I spen a LOT of time. Just because you are new to THIS forum doesn't mean you havent been around tractors for awhile. I am sure there is a lot you can offer us.

Just for kicks, I looked at our member lost and sorted by post count. Out of 87,023 members, 46,117 have never even posted. Thats almost 53%. And another 24,233 have 5 posts or less. That is another almost 28%. Of the 19% left, most have very few posts and are not very active. So that only leaves about 5%-10% of us on here discussing/giving advise, etc.

Some fresh faces and voices (so to speak) would be quite refreshing and very welcome.

So Post away. And get addicted like I have. :D

Hello LD1, welcome to TBN! Glad to see you posting. Hope you enjoy being a member of our community. :)

That must be an automated post as I already have 1300+ posts.

The Idea of this thread was to point out that more than half of the members here have NOT even posted. I would like to encourage them to post as I am sure there is a lot we can learn from them. Sorry if this isn't the correct forum I should have posted in:(

I joined yesterday and love it. I haven't gotten anything done today, but I've spent a couple of hours reading and posting. I'm impressed with the experience level and knowledge base. I appreciate that these folks can agree to disagree and not get all crazy.

I still consider myself relatively new here, but somehow seem to be "silver" ... all too easy :D

Amusing automated Welcome post you got there... makes it all so.. personal ;)

Similar to your point, although I'm new here and know relatively little about tractors, I have a wealth of engineering experience.... and when I finally get around to making my snowblower, there's going to be a free design for people to follow :)

That's the cool thing about this site, diversity. There's a hydraulic thread where a guy wants to create a pulsatile flow? I can't imagine why.

Wow, 37 posts in one day. I wish ever new member would take off like that.

That is what makes this place great. The diversity of people and backgrounds here.
