The biggest problem my wife and I have working together is our thought process and decision making processes are completely different.
I will look at a problem and quickly come to a decision and start a course of action, if during the process I find that my course was wrong I will change course.
My wife wants to talk about the problem, if there is a decision made, it will most likely be changed several times before any action is taken. Each changed decision requires more talking about it.
We will generally get to the same place, but her process is painful for me. Three days after I make a decision, she will come back and tell me how she thinks we should do it. Sometimes I have the ability to calmly tell her that I had made the same decision 3 days earlier, other times I can get a little snappy.
