I was working from memory (not what it used to be). I need to install PMpro and Service Advisor on my personal laptop, if I'm going to keep this up. Thanks for keeping me honest. Still hard to imagine what might cause this problem. I would like to see if there is any debris in the suction screen.

Maybe put a TEE in the brake line with a pressure gauge and see if it's building pressure on it's own (something leaking thru the pedal valve?)

Or if you're able to SAFELY disconnect and plug both brake lines and test drive in a safe area and see if the brakes still drag. That would rule out the pedal valves.

Great idea. Maybe just plug one at a time, so you can still stop. That way you can isolate your problem depending on which side stops. Keep your speed down and be alert. This is a dangerous test. good luck.

When it is locked up what are the pedal reactions? Do you have play in both pedals?
