I like it, its really cool looking (though I'd stick with the current front clip, this one looks like a Honda Ridgeline on mega steriods), but is there a real market for these? Both Dodge and Ford have mentioned that they expect low sales numbers. These are cool, but not pratical. And there is no forcast for lots of expendable cash for most people in the future. With that price tag, I think it will be a difficult sell.
Second; What is this truck going to do better than the Raptor or the Power Wagon? In the desert the Raptor would have the advantage, being much lighter. The rocks and slow trails would be much closer between the PW and this thing, but still, no huge advantage. This truck will be big and very heavy, so I can't see any advantage offroad.
Third; Where's the cool name GM? You can't introduce a monster like that without a name. I vote for the name "Gorilla".
GM would have something much more marketable bringing the old SS 2wd 1/2 ton back with the 6.2L V8. Make it fast and affordable. Nothing in their line up is cheap and cool. Its either one or the other. They should address that first before adding more premium vehicles to the line up.
