As a general rule - short of changing lube oil - the Chinese fuel delivery assembly (usually referred to as the "injection pump") is not user serviceable. It typically consists of a lift pump, a hand primer, the governor, some screening and filtration, and the actual injector pump itself. And since the individual components are so inter-dependent, they're almost never sold individually. If any one fails, the whole assembly must be replaced. Unfortunately, they're not cheap - you're probably lookin' at somewhere in the neighborhood of $600(US).
