The debris forks can be made from the pallet fork attachment. Just go to a forklift repair place and get a couple of old forks that fit your QA. They should match up to skid steer dimensions. They are much less expensive than a dedicated brush fork. Sometimes under $100/pair.
With four pallet tines off the front your brush forks are right there and are easy to set up and take off.
Another choice is to buy a QA bare plate and weld hay spears to it. It is more expensive that way, by far, but you'd have what you want.
Channel iron works for the forks if you really want to go cheap.
