This poor little RTV 500 is getting a work out this year....we've had several storms well over a foot and it just keeps on chugging. I had to pull out the International once so far to move all the snowbanks to make more room to push the snow but that's not too shabby. I'm guessing we've had around 6' of snow total so far this year and it's taken care of it in quick order, the RTV 500 and American Eagle plow seem like a great combo. I can't get over how much snow this little thing can push, since I got the rear diamond studded chains it seems like a force to be reckoned with. My biggest problem is when I'm jamming banks back and all the snow beside the passenger area collapses......that snow is pretty cold

Next year I might snag a wider 66 or 72" American Eagle blade in the V-Plow configuration to make it even faster. Anybody here try the AE V Plow?

I haven't tried them, but I just installed a new cycle country 66" x-force poly blade on my polaris sportsman. I had a 52" on for the last 8 years and was always unhappy with the width and the height of the blade. My new x-force blade is 21" high and I used it the last 2 days plowing. What a difference in time saved and the height and deeper blade really rolls the snow. No problems pushing 6-8" of snow that had drifted to 24" in a lot of areas. UPS man just delivered my new viper winch tonight. I'll install this weekend. We're supposed to get more snow on Friday-Sunday. I'm a big fan of the new poly X-force blades.
