Implement/Attachment Wish list...

This seems like a good concept, but im unsure about the design. they are listing the weight of the "1 ton" as 220lbs before wood and the "2 ton" at 500 lbs. i personally would be concerned that there is not enough steel in these designs.

but, for a light weight, economy, trailer these seem like a great solution.

just my opinion, but normally i like to see some "overkill" built in.

Does one of these have enough steel for you? :D

I plow my turnrows and since it's a set width, single pass sort of thing, a conventional tandem 3pt disk will begin to mound up in the middle as the rear set of disks pull the dirt to the center. It gets worse each time I plow to the point that I finally have to back drag and level it out before I plow.
Yes I understand that the front disks push the dirt out and it would seem reasonable that the front and rear disk would offset one another. That just hasn't been my experience.
Also, an offset like I pictured is generally a more aggressive disk. Most of the "real" ;) farmers around here use an offset for keeping the ends of the field clean.

Err, please explain ?
Maybe I'm missing something here, would like to learn from it though.
I would think that just starting 1/2 your tandem disk width in from the edge every alternate time you disk would knock any such ridges down.
It may take another pass right at the outside edges to get the whole field, but that would beat back dragging or buying a whole 'nother implement.

I've been looking for a 6 or 7' drop spreader.

I would like a heavy duty dump cart. My preference would be 4' x 6' ft. for a compact tractor.

Secondly, I would like a nice heavy duty Cat. 1 disc harrow 4-4 1/2'ft. wide(1 row okay, not off set) for compact tractors with only 15hp. no angle iron, but welded box steel.

Then I want a nice 12" moldboard one bottom plow for a compact tractor. Hard to find on the west coast as I have found. There are some fine manufacturers like Linebauch located in NC. but no west coast dealers. By the time I've paid the shipping to have a 250lb. plow shipped to California it's out of my price range. This 12" plow looks nice

My turn row is 8 foot wide, the same width as my disk. I plow exactly the same dirt each time and it begins to mound up. I can't move either way.

"Sides, my "WANT"er is turned on.
