Both show on the CA website:confused:
You are likely correct and there is some left over inventory in Canada:confused2:

Yeah, I remember when the B7800 was discontinued, it stayed on their website for some time and our dealer was getting deliveries.

Ive got a Kubota M5040 with the V3007-DI engine. Trying to figure out how and if i can turn up the injector pump. Need just a little more power. Is there anyone that knows how to turn it up? Would also like to know if its possible to install a turbo and what all parts it involves. Any suggestions?

Getting back to your question. I think it got hijacked. I am sure there is an adjustment to turn up the fuel but I doubt you would notice much more power but you would get alot more smoke. If your tractor is not turboed then your best bet is to put one on then increase the fuel. I don't know which injection pump you have so it is hard to give advice. If it is like most kubota pumps then there is usually 2 adjustments under tamper proof tin caps. One is your max fuel adjustment the other is your idle adjustment. But it depends on the pump configuration where each is located.

What are you trying to do? How many hours are one the tractor?

just seems like it needs a little more fuel when it gets in a hard pull. it doesnt smoke at all..it just bogs down.

The M5040 is turboed already

the M5040 i have has no turbo. would like to install one on it but no one around here has any info on what parts it would take. the kubota dealers and mechanics wont tell me anything because of the new epa laws.

If you have no smoke now you likely can coax a few more hp out of it.
See my last post. If you could post a picture of your IP I could point you in the right direction. Or if you can get a parts diagram it will show you.
As for the turbo is concerned the newer model has a turbo and it would be the same as yours would take. Just need to get a parts book and start sourcing parts. That is the great thing of just copying a production machine as there should be very little if any fabrication. Just need the parts off the shelf.

The original M5040 was naturally aspirated, the M5040-1 and the new model M5140 both have turbos. The turbos were added as emssion standards changed.

Can i install a turbo on the naturally aspirated motor without causing any complications?

Should not be a problem as long as you don't expect it to perform the same as the factory turboed model. A few lb's of boost will not hurt the engine plus it should clean up the exhaust if it smokes any.

Looking at your pump you have two tamper proof caps one on top of the other so I am confused as to which one will be the max fuel adjustment. Never seen a set up like that before. You really need a service manual to figure it out.:(
