CDL??

Interesting how the farm exemptions are worded the exact same from state to state....

Almost like there was some federal rule on commercial drivers licenses.

Something must have happened back in 1986....

Are you really that :confused2:?

Maybe you could help me out and point out where it say "Farm use trucks that otherwise would require a CDL, don't require a CDL"? If you can, I stand corrected.:confused3:

It has already been posted.

Farm vehicle drivers are exempt from the CDL requirements

I am not sure how much clearer I can make it.

Maybe you could show how that means a farmer does need a CDL and I will stand corrected.

Okay, I will try again. It says that "farmers are exempt from SOME CDL requirements", some being the operative word, nowhere does it state that you are exempt from ALL CDL requirements. Or not having to aquire a CDL license to operate it.
;)

I do not have time to look thru the regs today but there is I believe an F endorsement for under 150 miles of the farm.

Where does it say SOME?

How can you be exempt from CD License requirements yet still need to get CD License?

Your argument is bunk.

Read your own link it is right there. You CAN be exempt from SOME requirements and still need a CDL, why do you think they have different class CDL's and endorsements?? You need to read all the facts you post before doing so.
