BX25 Buying this week in New England, Where to buy for best deal?

How much is your sales tax on a new tractor?? That alone would have me driving across the border to MB or Chappell.

I tried local dealers in Western MA and Jim at Emerichs was WAY better; thousands less then anyone here.

LBrown, I think your sarcasm detector is set a bit too low. Turn the dial clockwise a bit and that post will make WAY more sense.

alot depends on where the person lives. Down south a unit will be cheaper then say NewEngland...

Not to badmouth a dealer here, but facts are facts. You can easily do better than Ahearn. They offer no deals. In W Mass try Leahy's or Bacon's. You will do much better at either one. Kahn in CT will also work with you for a decent deal.
Gets me on how some dealers will not budge in retail price. Others will wheel & deal.

I think LBrown means the ROPS is required to be on the tractor. I would agree, why isn't it provided?

That what I tried to factor when I got my tractor in New Hampshire. All the deals seem to be people down south.
