Any other Allis Challmers owners out there?

Thanks for the encouragement for the tractor. I'm not a dealer but have sold 2 tractors this month from the place and received this WD45 included in the sale. Been reading the Yesterday tractors on A/C WD45 and all seem to like the machine.
Some one installed a control valve directly in fornt of the seat if not careful could sit on the control lever. hoses to rear function piping under the seat and across the foot area on right side. hoses all are seeping oil from age or loose connections.(It drips just sitting still)
Engine runs good ,starts quickly, so maybe will look into fixing it up again first going to remove all the homemade contraption type 3 point lift. All sheet metal is good shape would not rust for the oil spray it has received.
Have a IT shop manual so some good information on how to locate and adjust as needed.
Never saw a tractor with as many levers rods clutches and then very little foot room to work sitting on seat. Not complaining just telling of my impression of the tractor.

allischalmers dot com is another good resource. I currently have 2 WD's that are a couple of years older. One is a recent auction purchase and the other is sitting in fence row currently. Used that one for 7 or 8 years until it got coolant in the oil.

Parts are still relatively easy to get through Napa, Massey Dealer (Agco) or online.

Thanks again Almost ready to clean and check this WD45 then will make a $ cost judgement as to fix or resale.
Now been here long enough the dog doesn't bark at it.
Tomorrow delivering the "B" Farmall to new owner
Tough when you get old wrinkled and family thinks the equipment should go. Since they will never use.

I grew up on Allis tractors. My grandfather and uncle farmed for years with them. I have a 1960 D14 and a 1967 D17. My dream is to have an Allis 185. The WD45 was a real workhorse for it's size and they still are popular in antique pulls.
