I have taken all the lines off looking for a blockage and found none. I installed the new hyd assembly and a new oil seal on the pump and still the fluid is filling my differential and none of the hydraulics operate. I have NO clue what to try next.

There are two ways for oil to get from the hydraulic system into the trans/final drive cavity. Most common is leaking pump seal. Once the pump dead heads and blows the seal, just replacing the seal will not fix it. the aluminum housing distorts and pressure is allowed to build in the wrong chamber and it often pops the new seal as well. The other possibility is a crack or hole in the bottom of the lift box. If it was a leak from the bottom, the hydraulics would work until the tank was empty. if it is a bad pump they usually work somewhat, but at reduced pressure, unil all the oil is pumped into the rear end through the bad seal. There is a mechanical pump/pto disengagement lever on that tractor located near your left heal. the handle should be pointing forward/down at about a 45 deg. angle. if it is down more than that, the primary PTO shaft, that drives the hydraulic pump will be disengaged. Of course that is easy to check as the PTO will not come on with this disengaged.

I don't understand why I keep having to buy pumps. I never find blockage, and not messed around with the pressure adjustments. Is there an inherent problem, or something I can do to improve the reliability of the system?:confused2:

Seems to me you're going broke trying to save money. Have you considered taking the tractor to a professional? I'm gonna speculate that all the parts money you've blown through - PLUS your time invested PLUS tractor downtime - would likely have paid for the whole job at a decent tractor repair shop. After all, hydraulic principal is the same worldwide. It's only the parts sources and cost of labor that differ.

There are several things that can contribute to pump failure. One is mixing quick connects with pin or cone type check valves with chinese connectors with ball type check valves. If you have a loader, and the pressure relief valve is not set correctly, extending or retracting the loader, or bucket curl will cause the pressure to spike. In fact, any hydraulic cylinder that reaches the end of its travel relies on the pressure relief valve to limit system pressure. If the pressure relief valve in the lift box is set too high, and the quadrants are not adjusted properly, raising the lift handle can ask for a lift position that is mechanically impossible to reach, it will keep trying, applying full pressure in the process, until the PR valve pops. If it is to tight, something else (pump) pops first.

So check and make sure the check valves on each set of quick connects match each other. Never run with any of them not connected (assure uninterupted path back to the 3 point lift valve). Get a gage and check pressures (shoud read at least 2500psi) be sure PR valve pop somewhere between 2000 and 2300psi. if you get a spike higher, the pump is at risk.

I am not sure where the pressure rlief valve is or what it looks like. Next, how do you set the pressure on it?
