I need front weights.. Suitcase weights I guess. She's a little light in the nose when I have the mower on.

Mine has a heavy tray across the front of the frame, with a row of round weights held in place by a through-rod. The po said it was originally for the later similar Mit, but I don't really know- it looks like it came from the factory with them. I guess the whole set-up is maybe 100 lbs, I'm still trying to find out more. Luckily, my wife is good with the tractor. She likes me being able to smooth the driveway and clear snow off it this winter. Provided I find some rear chains.

Hey, show us a picture. It's been a good tractor for you for a long time, that's what counts. I bought mine with the paint job it has, which isn't all that good up close, and the wrong blue. Fine with me.

I went by Valley Power today, and Bill sold those front weights to the PO of my Buck. He thinks the whole deal is about 140 lbs, took them off a parts tractor. PO told me they were factory for a later similar Mit, and bolted right up. But I could be wrong, didn't get clear on that while I was there.
