To be honest, my friends on facebook are much more excited to see pics of Oscar every day and never mention any of me. If I don't post a new picture of him in the morning, I get complaints!!!!!!

His Birthday is August 9th, so this weekend I am going to calculate his weight so I will know at one year, how big he is. I'm guessing 325, or so, but I'm really bad at this.

I have just recently came across this thread and am impressed that you have taken Oscar in and give him a good home. I think you should start a contest and whoever guesses Oscar's weight correctly on his 1st birthday would get the prize. The prize could be a picture personally autographed by Oscar. I think that would certainly generate some interest. Personally I would guess 321 pounds.

Thanks Don. I've posted and created an event on facebook that his brithday is coming up and I have some friends that want to come over and give him a gift. Things like grapes, corn on the cob and dog treats are all on his wish list, but he might get a cake or two based on some of the comments I've received.

Friends also come over all the time to meet him, and get a picture with him. Here are a few recent pics with friends.
