I have a cat 1 tractor (Kubota L-3010) but I need a LONGER top link.
Should I get an extended screw for a cat 1 link OR will the cat 2 link work AND be longer?
Thanks:confused:

Both of these products are now in-stock so I guess it really boils down to what length you need and how much weight you need to lift. Your tractor likely uses a category I hitch but a cat II will work if you use a sleeve to compensate for the differential. Those are cheap. I've attached a copy of our latest flyer with measurements on it for you to look at. Look at see what fits your needs best.
If I had to hazard a guess, I'd go with the cat I and an extended screw.

Your pin diameter is the easiest way to determine what category your hitch is. I believe:
cat 0=3/4" cat 1=7/8" cat 2=1 1/8" cat 3=1 7/16" on the top link. I could be wrong.

You're right. Although I've found that some of the differences in diameters varies a bit depending on the manufacturer. Still, you've got the right idea.

Tks high compression, guess I have a Cat II then as my pin diameter is 1 1/8.

You're very welcome. Glad I could help.

I'm in need of an answer regarding Hydraulink and the float control on UT's 50hp and up for ground engaging equipment (plows, disks, etc). Is the float control and the Hydraulink compatable. If so, which unit takes control the most. Or are you not using the Hydraulink for ground engaging attachments? Any info from expeirence would be helpful. Do not reply with theory. Facts with results only.

Thanks,

Hydraulink,

I had lost track of this thread and just caught up with it- Congratulations! It looks like you have hit the critical mass (after the mass criticism) and have some serious distribution as well. The US needs more innovators with the spheres to see their ideas thru. I just hope you are manufacturing it here.

I just purchased one of cat 1 and to my surprise when I pick it up it says made in china on the box
One of reasons I bought this was for American product I have enough china products already
If it was to keep cost down should be other ways

Just called the company, and guess what, they said they were originally made in USA, they are now Made in China.

Now if this is true, why did the price not decrease.

This is a copy of post #1 Bottom line says Made in USA
