We have been having difficulty with this deadly heat wave and drought conditions. We haven't had any rain since May. We opted to stay out of the sun most of Saturday because we were experiencing the largest Geomagnetic Storm ever recorded. I hope some of you had a chance to see the aurora. The storm struck too early for the southern states to see.
We have all are materials with one possible exception. That is earth or soil to get covered. We are still working on getting the garage side walls covered to provide safe passage to tractor the soil. We will complete our final cleaning, application of Ecoline-R with either the 6 inch or 12 inch polyester in problem areas, Ecoshield-EB or Paraseal (with bentonite) and or granular bentonite. We will use this granular bentonite to fill low areas like the cold joints and along the parapet walls. We will cover with our Stego 15 mil barrier, tape seams with Ecotape, install schedule 40, 3 inch hand drilled pipe with filter sock, install two layers of the Foamular 150 (R5 value each) and cover. We hope to get this done before we bake.
We purchase our 300 sheets Foamular 150 from the Prodesk at Home Depot for the second time (90 Sheets first time). They provided a fast quote. Original Price was $13.69 discounted to $11.25 a $2.44 saving per sheet times 300 and over $800 total savings. We still need to pick up the last 150 sheets when they come in. I had difficulty getting the granular bentonite but I finally got 12 bags ($7.98 per Bag) from a local Ditch Witch dealer. They stock this stuff to be sold with their well digging rental equipment.
As for the earth changes, I only meant to keep you and you loved ones safe. These types of subjects take us away from our comfort zones and although many would express they want no part of it, we will have nothing to say on this matter. Unless you end it, you will push to survive which will come with many hard choices and hopefully be all the better for it. I know it is difficult to admit but with much tragedy comes gifts. We suffer and evolve hopefully for the good.
