look for a loose connection, do you have power on the panel at all?

I have this problem too... it blinked about 3 times and now does not light up at all and of course, tractor won't start. Have checked fuses and repositioned the safety things that could stop it from starting, replaced the battery... and still nothing. Could the intellipanel itself be bad?
What should I check now?
