Well unfortunatly I caught my door on my new (new to me) 2305 on the cable box and blew out the entry on the Jo Dale Perry Cab. What I'm really not happy with is that was 5 weeks ago and my new door has yet to show up. I've contacted my dealer and they said that Jo Dale is a poorly run company and getting feedback is tough. Does anyone else know anything about these guys?

Have you try to contact them directly by phone or email? I never had to order anything from them since I bought mine, but I did send them an email for some info. and received the answer the same day. Don't have their email at hand but a quick search should bring it up. I say let them know what your dealer told you and see what kind of respond you will get from them. ;)

I might use more diplomacy than Henri suggests but I would definately contact JoDale Perry directly to get the ball rolling.

Well I didn't mean to quote the dealer word for word, but to let them know that the dealer had some difficulty getting info. from them. Businesses needs some feedback once in a while if they want to improve and keep their customers. :thumbsup:

Henri you will appreciate this I am sure:laughing:

A couple of years ago I had to contact Laurin about issues with parts for my new cab I was installing on the Deere 110 tlb. One of the simple bolt on cylinder stops they sent in the kit was the wrong size. While talking to the Laurin employee he suggested that I needed to go thru the dealer for this item. I was trying to cut thru the red tape and finally mentioned to him that "bureaucracy was a French word". He thought that was funny but he still didn't play ball. You would think that if all a customer was short was a $5 dollar cylinder stop on a new cab order that they would send it to you.:confused:

Door finally showed up. Might take me just as long to get it out of the packing!!!!

Well, there you go, that's the reason it took so long. It was the packing. :laughing:
