I have never removed the loader. I assume when I do the hydro hose with the male end must store into the female coupler on the tractor.

I take the loader off of my BX1800 several times a year. Raise the loader, put the support arms down, lower the loader, tilt the bucket down/forward a bit to relieve pressure from the pins, remove the pins, then pull the loader handle back to take the loader off of the tractor support.

About the hydraulics, they come apart and go together in just one way. The hoses on the loader stay with the loader, and the hose with the tractor will fit back on. On mine, that leaves a female exposed on the tractor and there is a plastic plug dangling there. Clean it, plug it, drive away.

Yes it does, it is a little more difficult on the 2200 than the newer versions, but not a lot of trouble.

If you Google it, there are several videos showing the procedure. It takes the guys on the video about 2 minutes to do it.

With practice it gets easier, I got a loader dolly for mine, So I put it on the dolly, and then roll it to its parking place!

The connectors are a little different on the BX2200 than later models and you can't back out for more room and you have to loop one of the hoses back into the tractor.

I have owned both and the newer models are a little easier.

I forgot to releave the pressure from the lines after pulling the two black pin and prior to releasing the lines from the tractor only once. What a pain it was to get the line connected again. Try not to miss this step.
