I agree with the use of the ballast box, it just makes everything safer when filling the FEL, BUT!!!!!! What is considered "SEVERE STRESS"? I live on a cliff side, and when in 2WD my tractor is like a sled without the FEL even on it. I have to run the thing in 4WD. If I put a rear ballast box on it when I go up the hill it will sit on it, yes it goes down the hill better in 2WD but then I have to back up the hill.
If it is in 4WD, it should stay there. Let something break, maybe I won't die because it will lock up instead of free willing.
Also, if you are so heavy going down a hill on just the front wheels, then you are asking for trouble, that is insane!
