Our local scrap years wont even take any wire that is burnt. They have a sign up that they will report wiring burners to the EPA agency. Those dam## washington state liberals at work.

it is illegal per EPA to burn electrical wire to remove the outside coating...toxic smoke and all.

Here is a Mig I have my eyes on, 300 amp, shipped direct from esab. Esab's promotions show it coming with a really nice auto helmet, I was looking at the helmet at a local welding supply, it has an auto lens that is twice as big as most of the others I have seen, they say it is a $400 helmet.

The machine has spot and stitch timers as well, and somewhat of an induance control beteween the 2 taps for the ground.

I WANT ONE.

I would get the migmaster 250, I havnt heard very good things about the 215/280. Mark has a 250, and he seems to like it.

They don't make the 250 any more.

They have made these for over a year and I have not heard anything bad about them yet.
