Grass season is almost behind me now I will be cutting just one more time. (just before Thanksgiving) It's gonna' be a long winter making payments on a X530 without the need for it until about April/May. But good thing is I bought it in March and it's over 1/2 way paid for. :thumbsup:

I drive mine to the mail box every day all winter XCEPT when it snows. Made that mistake last winter getting it out of the barn with turfs and no chains and that's no fun pushin it back in up a 2 degree slope.

Here in mid-Michigan, I know four guys who have Corvettes and they drive them five months a year at most...what are you griping about?

I could have a 'Vette too, but I purchased a JD instead, and it gets used year around. And nobody makes snide remarks about the size of my you-know-what...

Those gardening folks that don't do what you suggest are missing the boat by setting leaves by the curb for pick-up. That rye grass and leaves make for some very good compost.
