As a matter of fact, YES! Look in McMaster Carr for safety gloves. They have the chain mail kind. Also Kevlar. Used by butchers, fish cleaners, sheet metal workers, etc.

I just bought some Timberland Pro Mudslingers from TSC. $84.

I bought them for the summer. I wear Rocky Alpha zipper-side boots in the cold weather, unless it's snowing when I wear basic snow boots.

21ys ago... you could find a pair or two in the xx.xx$ range.. not real stylish.. but there. or you could pay some of your own $$ plus the xx.xx the co gave you.. etc.

( we got a 99.99$ credit toward a pair of redwings.. their economy models were 89.99+tax at the time .. and went up from there... )

Red wing composite ankle high Worx brand and Bates tactical composite toe full lace ups here. Flip-flops are for the showers at the gym? I guess we don't have any one whom has run over their foot with a tractor, at least not in 7 columns?.I do wear Pac boots if hunting in the wet and occasional snow, but their too clumbsy on the tractor?

I spent two years in Fairbanks, AK, and that was enough cold to last me a lifetime, no thanks, I will take the crowd although here in KY other than Northern KY (greater Cincinnati) Lexington and Louisville it is not too crowded, still not as sparse as the western states though.

I was just in Frankfort last October for the world equestrian games..... Nice town
