That 16kW unit sells for just over $1600. I assume the 3PH carrier is extra. Was the frame pretty close to the QH (mine is a Deere QH too, BTW)? Or, did it require extensive modifications?

It required one piece of round stock welded in where the top J-hook is.

Oh yeah I changed the legs to make the unit taller, not sure why, that's just me, probably just wanted the shaft as straight as possible. which is probably totally unnecessary.

I agree with keeping the drive shaft/yokes as inline as possible. Nice job!!
