What size tire do they fit, Jay?
Try the TBN Private Party ads...you might be able to sell them here.

They're 41x14x20 turfs. I'm not ready to toss them yet. With the performance I got out of those little front chains, I'm thinking that with all 4 tires chained, I could climb right up a tree. If I do decide to give up on them though, I'll try here first!

Thought so (about the size)...same as on my Deere 4400.
41x14x20 Turfs are used on (Deere models) 4200, 4300, 4400, 4210, 4310, 4410 and probably the new 3x20 series machines. I'm sure they're used on a number of Kubota models too...as well as others.
The good news...shouldn't be too difficult to sell (if you decide to). The bad (or good) news is, due to the popularity in that size tire, tirechains.com will probably sell out fairly quickly.
Another local TBNer had the 2 link ladders. Heavy!!! Which is one reason I went for the 4 link ladders...

i was hemming and hawing over 2 link vs 4 link, and decided on the 2 link to try and get a quieter and less bumpy ride. well see how it works out. Oh by the way... i invited the neighbors over for tritip this Sunday hehe

OK, i went and installed one of the rear chains just to check how its done..... yeiks those are about 100# +.

Watched the video, then did the opposite . I jacked up one side of the rear of the tractor and used the tire to pull the chain over itself. Actually worked slick. Had it installed in about 10 minutes.

Now setting and adjusting the binders took abit longer. I watched the video again and learned i was using the binder tool wrong. Now i got it all set.

Mind you, i had to remove the chains till we get ice....but shouldn't be too much of an issue.

when i ordered them i guess i didnt read that there 3/8" chain. that took me by surprise. im so use to car chains.

Thats same size as my montana. Im gonna order my chains from those guys as even after shipping im over half the cost of here in canada. I looked it up today and its 1700 for chains up here and there 550 plus duty and taxes so makes a guy wonder who is gettin screwed. I installed fronts last year but they were too light so they only lasted a winter. I noticed my biggest difference with the fronts but my backs made a huge difference.

When a friend and I turned my rear wheels (more clearance for chains), he brought his 2 Link ladders over to show me. I knew what I was getting into! Since my drive is only 150' or so and level, 4 link ladders work just fine at considerably less weight.

That's how I install my tire chains. The Tellesfdal chains are real easy since there are two chains that go around the tread that you connect first and then each side chain has a binder to tighten the chain up. You may find front and rear chains are over kill.
