I think it would be a mistake to import a tractor for which you will have a very hard time getting any parts.

Spare parts is not an issue in Egypt. we used to import huge quantities in the 90s from Ningbo. we have plently of spare parts. problem is, there is alot of demand for new Benye tractors wheras there is non.

Hello New poster here

I see this thread is about 3 years old, But I sure got wrapped into something I may never solve

just purchased a Hercules tractor model 3304. In doing extensive internet searching for support
such as parts and manuals, Im finding not a lot of info

I did discover the importer of this loader was from Vancouver Washington and
seems to be gone. Phone disconnected, Just plain vanished

More digging Im finding out the tractor was built by Benye in china

So the private party I purchased this tractor from, Gave me the original receipt of what he
payed for it. It seems it was a rental for a while in Northern California for a while. I contact
that company, Of course the guy has never heard of a Hercules brand tractor, Kinda what the
run around Im getting on the net. He claims he only sells John Deere, But in Viewing the receipt,
It seems he lied a bit and they sell and service many different brands of tractors

So back to my Hercules 3304, In reading this Wiki site, John Deere bought the company out, who knows when?

So Im at a cross road here, I have a real nice tractor, Low hours, kept covered all of its life, It looks brand new.
I only plan on using it for light labor around our 5 acre property

But, Im not getting any hits on parts or documentation. This really concerns me, If something goes POP, am I now stuck with a lawn ortiment?

Does anybody out there in tractor land know if ANYthing is interchangeable with Deere,FORD or?

Should I pursue answers from Deere in UK? Thats where Im at now

Suggestions please

if the model of Benye is like the ones sold under the Rhino name you could try Farm Boys,(423-349-4643)

They carry parts for the Benye models that were sold as Rhinos although not sure if the model you have is one they cover??

If it is a model they cover ,like my Shanghai every important part I have needed has been IN stock and ready to ship.

Good lead, I will give them a try, I really like this tractor, It has a ton of options, 8 speed, 2 speed PTO, I have upgraded the lighting
and am adding forks this weekend for use as loader and light forklift. Its pretty easy to operate and small, but not as small as a bobcat

The bucket is 5ft wide, It has 3 point, would like to get a small gannon for it, but they are tough to find as well, I have a scraper
I made for the time being

I will see if this site allows me to post some pics, If so will edit and post some pics in a bit

Thanks for the info

Would like to see some pics of the Benye, i found a picture on another site and it does appear to resemble the Rhino 3134 and 4134 -heres a link http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb...images/c/c6/Rhino_International_4134_MFWD.jpg

The Gannon is a great box blade they are built like a tank.

Picked mine up missing rippers for under $300 , I think I got real lucky on that deal.

Please post some pics, at TBN it didn't happen without pics. :D
and Congrats on your new tractor.
As much as I like my American made Ford 3000, I like my chinese Rhino/ Shanghai 554 just as well. Hopefully the parts availability will work out on the Benye and it will give you many years of great service .

Well Dan, I really cannot get a close enough view of the Rhino, So Im getting some clues
on using the number on the tag TY 3951 TY 395 or just plain 395, I just need a referance
to cross that number to something

The Farmboys must have taken Halloween as a holiday, No answer later in their day. So maybe next week,

Still doing some fab work on the forks, and just take it easy on this stuff and not loan this cream puff out

Thanks

Yeah- they're in Tennessee so need to call by 2 pm ? I think there are several 395 engines - the chinese like to use pretty generic engine id
Generally a 395 means the 3 is for 3 cylinders 95 is the bore in millimeters . My engine is a 495 so 4 cylinders and the same 95 mm bore, but as far as I know no common parts with say a 495 engine built by a different chinese company.

The little prefixes and suffixes? can make a big difference as well as the manufacturers name on the data plate.
I have also heard that there can be more than one manufacturer of an identically designed and spec-ed engine . Like the Willys Jeep and Ford built Jeep engines during ww2.

Just found this out of an old thread- 02-19-2013, 10:18 AM #16

Default Re: Rhino International tractor
We have the engine parts for the TY290, Y380, Y385,TY395I, TY395E-3, TY395E-1, Y480, Y485, KM385, LL380,SL3105BT,SL3105ABT,490,Perkins 1004,plus prob. a few more that I did not mention.

looks like Affordable may also be able to help, at least with the engine since they list the TY 395I

Oh one more thing- that is a good looking tractor, looks like it is in good shape and the tires and loader look almost new.
