Pics of the plow on 1532, worked great , will be much more comfortable with the cab this year. if you zoom in you can easily see all mount points.

We love oure 1635, love the cab even more. Nothing beats heat and AC.

Did you get the power shuttle, or hydro??

Keep checking the auto barter flyers. that is where i picked up this blade, came off a 45 hp new holland. fellow wanted it out of his yard because it was in the way. He even delievered it for $20.
keep looking, i seen one on ebay this summer. $400

That is what we will do, look during the summer, when they want to get them out of their yards.

thanks again. additional pics were extra helpful.
reg plow blade i just this week picked up a like new fisher 7.5' complete minus the lights @ a local bone yard for $150 delivered. stay away from the snow equipment dealers and search the boneyards. new cut edge. needs paint from sitting,
still havent decided if im frame mounting or using the fel arms.

You got a good deal, my blade was $1K. Personally i would consider a frame mount if you are planning on plowing unfamiluar territory. The tire chains kept chewing the snow up instead of packing it, i have a gravel driveway so ice build up was small by sping. Chains also a big help when plowing while turning especially the ice cleats chains.

How far back does this mount on the tractor?? In front of the rear axle??

many years ago we converted a truck mount to a tractor mount on about a 40HP JD 4X4 tractor(forget model). We placed the plow blade back real close to the front of the tractor frame. This limited how far we could angle the plow(about 25-30 degrees?) before it contacted the tires, but it allowed us to retain the loader and bucket. The bucket could reach down in front of the plow when set straight, and we installed a single lift cylinder similar to what is seen a few posts back by Dakota. We used aux hydraulics to control angle and lift, with a float type valve on the lift circuit.

This was in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY, which regularly received massive lake effect snowstorms. The advantage of still being able to use the bucket was the ability to push snow up and over existing frozen snowbanks, or to use it to break down existing banks to be moved in large scale by the plow. The loader in place also added to front wheel traction. I used this combination for two winters and it worked great! The plow in close to the frame also makes for less effect of the snow "pushing" the tractor around as it is on a much shorter moment arm to the tractors CG... Couple of pins and hydraulic quick connects and the tractor drove away from the rig when not needed, and the only thing you had to do was raise the loader/bucket to get it out of your way
