Harbor Freight Tools that don't suck

i have the 800watt HF genset. while it isnt "honda" quiet, it is quiet. my wife used it during our 6 day hurricane irene outage to just power the tv, dvd, and home theatre system while she was home alone. it was right outside our living room door, and could barley be heard inside the house, and was of no impact on the tv 15ft away. --our other generator is a detroit diesel powered,
15kw beast and it is loud--

I've been tempted to buy the little 66619 800 watt generator for $90 for awhile now and after reading the ratings on the HF site, I picked one up. They warn that the Chinese spark plug is no good, so I picked up a Champion plug. I gassed it up, installed the new plug, got a small heater ready for a load doing break in and ..........nothing. The cord just pulls out without engaging the engine. Sure I could repair it, but it goes back to HF tomorrow for replacement. I will say that looking at the unit, it is of pretty high quality for the price. I'll report more after I have run it awhile. My main usage will be to run a long handled tree trimmer away from a power source and also as a house backup when I don't need to run my larger gas guzzling generator - like in the summer when only the fridge needs powering.

I purchased 5 items totalling over 100.00 and had a coupon for each item ,I also had a 20% off coupon they said you cant use the 20 off coupon

That's because you can't combine cupons. If you had a non cupon sale item, they would have knocked the 20% off of that item. The 20 percent is also off a single item, not the total order.
