I have been scoping out this site for a short time, attempting to gain some knowledge about 4wd newer 30-35 hp tractors. Hopeing to buy new with yr end pricing ,cash incentives and or added xtras, ie fel. I have appox 5 ac, mixed land, wooded (firewood), lawn area ( 22hp, 54" cut, huskie with swisher 60" finish mower), and 1 1/2 ac pond ( needs earthen and trap rock repair at a hobby pace ). Have 600' stone driveway & rough 70' blk top driveway. My area can get pretty wet especially this yr. So i don't want to go to heavy, but still want to move some material around, snowplow or scrape, and harvest my own firewood. Looking fwd to learning as much as i can from you fine folks.

I'm over off of Poquonock, near the Price Chopper.
I got my li'l B5100 on CL.
The L3240 came from Ruwet Sibley in Torrington. John Rebillard took very good care of me. If it weren't so far away, I'd probably be over there more often. There's a nice Deere salesman over at Farmington Valley Equip that I almost bought a tractor from. Across the river, in East Windsor, there's Stanton Equip - like their folks and almost bought a Wallenstein chipper from them, just before the weather went nuts on us. But that was just bad timing on my part. I'll be going back there in a few months, after I get this place back in shape.
