While at the local koita dealer, they were getting a ck20hst ready for delivery on Christmas morning. The wife of the guy getting the tractor is surprising him.

Some dealers put out just a little more than others, and they are the ones who will succeed in their endeveurs

Good Grief, it's Christmas ev and just perhaps he has plans to be with family for a couple of days. This is the type of dealer you do want to buy from. But I would give him a bit of slack, there are only so many hours in a day. It's great that someone is taking the time on Christmas day, perhaps the owner or one of his staff, on delivering the CK20 but not to many people I know are working tomorrow.

What Mousefield said, and each dealer is an independent business owner and has teh right to say when they will be open for business. Maybe the OP should have thought of that instead of expecting the dealer to accommodate him on Christmas.
If you wanted it for X-mas tell them a few weeks before so they have time to prep it for you.:thumbsup:

My point is, some dealers make their own fortunes by going above and beyond.

Sure they have every right to close when they want, but they also have every right to make a customer for life by going above and beyond

Yep ... no big deal for a GOOD dealer to play Santa for an hr or two on x-mas day...my hats off to that dealer!!
