Isn,t this taking present giving a little far !!!! What man in their right mind would want a women picking out a tractor for them ???? So if he helped pick out the right one, then it isn,t really much of a surprise, and I don,t see what the problem would be with getting it a day early, or a day later.. Maybe trying to impress the neighbors, but really, is this what gifts are all about ????? It,s kinda like buying the wife a new washer and dryer for Christmas. Either you need it, or you don,t. I,m not big on doning things to impress anyone else. I wonder what the real idea behind this is ????

I would love to find a gal who could pick out a tractor for me and have Santa deliver it on Christmas, second best would be a snowblower, tiller, land grader blade, 3 ph and pto sprayer, rotary mower..............

Whoops, we've done that. Wife bought me the dryer and I bought her the washer (the washer had more bells and whistles).

Theres the 'key'. I think one would find that there is a lot more to the story than 'just any old customer' getting a Christmas Day delivery.

And as was said....Who would want a woman picking a tractor out for the husband.

man, you guys are sexists, who is to say a woman could not pick out a tractor, maybe not all women, but not all men would be good at it either

Its got NOTHING to do with being sextist. I don,t pick out her kitchen pots and appliances, and sowing machines, or house furniture and like I said before, a mans needs and wants are usually so much different than a womens. Just going by my own experience, of course. My wife doesn,t have a technical bone in her body, but she sure is brilliant in so many other ways. In my opinion, tools and equipment that a man is going to use are best left for a man to pick out. It,s just the way most of us are wired. I would love to know the real reason behind these huge purchases !!! Do they allow exchanges or refunds on tractors if it don,t fit or don,t perform as required, or is the wrong color ??? Hopefully he isn,t going to try and return it on boxing day, and find out they are on sale for 25% off. LOL

I see what you are saying, but we will never know the rest of the story. I do know that my wife could go and buy the exact tractor I want without a problem. I have already got a quote on everything I want and we are waiting to pay something else off before the purchase. Maybe this guy was in the same boat and the wife just got it a little ahead of time to suprise him for Christmas. We will never know unless he joins TBN and tells us.:thumbsup:
