Help a newbie plan for planting grass next spring.

All of the open grass areas I planted with a tow behind spin spreader using a lawnmower to pull. I have a larger 3pt spin spreader but it isn't needed for small areas such as lawns.

A small tow behind spin spreader is what I recommend since you can use it to fertilize your lawn as needed.

I'll probably do that to start out, as I said the lawn mower will do much less damage pulling it around

May use a 3 point once the food plots get bigger.

Picked up a 7' rear blade for it today, we have frost so I won't get to move much other than to level some gravel that hasn't frozen.
