Need to cut off a dead limb about 30' above ground

When I built my garage I had the trusses set on one side of the garage then used the lift to move them down into place one at a time. I had a wheeled lift. Had something like 28 trusses and it worked pretty slick me running them and two framer friends nailing them in place.

Used a trailer lift couple weeks latter for soffit and painting

It's sits on ground when using, I have been out approx. 30 deg. up 25' with ladder about 1' from tree limb to test, I,m north of 200lbs, the only give was in the ladder itself and never rested against tree branch.

Holy cow ... so it's cantilevered out in mid-air??! (at a 30-deg angle)

You win! (oh wait, not sure I can be a judge, since I'm in the contest!)

So the winner and runner-up are both from Florida. I thought just old people who drive in the left lane with their right blinker on, and can't work the voting machine were from Florida.

How do you use this? Do you have to climb over the loader? Do you drive the tractor into place & lean the ladder against the tree? You don't climb it up into mid-air, do you??!

I have climbed (in training) free standing fire department ladders that were held vertical by guy ropes. Of course those ladders are more substantial than typical homeowner ladders :)

Naw, it's the snow birds that drive like that or transplants with Fl. tags :) however, the hanging chads were all occurring in South Fl, note that both contestants are from North Fl.

Wikipedia, Next of kin is a term with many interpretations depending on the jurisdiction being referred to. In some jurisdictions, such as the United States, it is used to describe a person's closest living blood relative orhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinship relatives.

Keyword in bold:laughing:
