Started working on this tonight.I just have it tack welded in place and will finish welding tomorrow.I used 3/16 ,inch and a half square tubing.I'm going to use it to load brush and logs on my trailer.

I just joined a few days ago and was bragging about the brush forks I had on my CK 30 Kioti HST but I couldn't remember the brand name. It turns out they were Rankin "Trash Forks". I still call them brush forks because that's what I use them for.

Boulder Equipment Inc | Loaders, Graders: Modern, Rankin, Woods, Blanket, Muratori, Sitrex

Mine were 60"ers and cost $550 bucks 4 or 5 years ago. I've really put these forks to the test piling brush, tree stumps, black berry bushes, ect and they never bent or screwed the bucket up. My little Kioti in low gear has a lot of power(especially going down hill)and everything has held up fine.(I usually run it in 2nd gear when I'm using the FEL)
Anyway, I highly recommend these forks. They're a little expensive but they used good metal in them that has kept them straight. Plus the screw down clamps haven't warped either. JMHO

Looks good!

Now put at least a couple of uprights on the back of the bucket to keep the logs out of your lap if you tip the bucket a bit far back when it is up.

Mine are only about 46 inches wide and stick out in front of the bucket 20 inches. They are mounted with 2 bolts that were used to hold the tooth bar on.I only have $65 dollars invested and my time.
They got there first real test today when i was moving a brush pile that i had piled up a few years ago .Here is one of the stumps that I dug out of the pile.

Thanks for the idea.I'm trying to be carefull when lifting and roll my bucket forward as I lift.I drive a case loader at work and it rolls the bucket forward automatically as you lift.I wish the Kubota had that feature.
