I like just about every feature and design about this model. I just wish the engine didn't feel so anemic.

Its a very solid machine, not sure what your plans are but it is a good overall machine.

I'm coming off from a '99 425 so anything new will be head and shoulders better. I haven't driven my new R enough to like it or leave it. I would still like to see a b2630, no one around here seems to stock them. I'm also considering a wait until the Deere 2k series gets redesigned with auto connect, suspension seat, and more POWER! I may be waiting a while...
Martian man. Who is your ace in the hole Deere dealer? The 'bota dealer on Bristol Rd. has ALOT of great attachments to look at, rent, and buy. The guy I bought my Deere from had none.
That's a tough question. Five years ago I would have told you Mid State Equipment off Baldwin rd. Never had a huge inventory, just a small shop but had a salesman Mike (terrible I can't remember his last name) but has since retired. I would walk in and always be created warmly and Mike would always have donuts and coffee for me. He was super nice and helpful. They are still real nice there but since they don't have the inventory I bought my last tractor (3120) from Tri County Equipment off Davison Rd. They since have lowered to zero inventory as well though because of the location (for those of you who don't know it's in about the worst part of Flint, the murder capital of the country, great place we live:thumbsup
So now I find myself venturing up to Lapeer's Tri County Equipment (Used to be Nolan's equipment and man was that place awesome, nearly 50 acres of both new and used equipment, but as most dealers around here have sold to Tri County, but right next to it they have built a used dealer, that's mainly featuring heavy equipment and farm equipment but do have quite a few small tractors as well. They also have a ton of 3PH attachments, some new but a couple years old from when they were in the new and a lot of used attachments.) But the New Tri County Lapeer is excellent only stopped in once since it was Nolan's and actually talked to them, been browsing a lot more, but with how big their network is (8 stores now I believe) they could find anything I wanted. They have been really niceAs far as the Kubota dealer, the only one I'd known of was the Flint New Holland until a couple weeks ago. Found about about Rosy Bros in Dryden off Dryden rd. Never talked to them but stopped in a couple times and have a large inventory and quite a few attachments as well as they are a Woods dealer as well.
I've found the best way to get implements is either order them or to look on CL. I'd recommend going to Repocast.com - Repossession Auctions and Foreclosure Auctions . They have tons of new and hardly used and well used equipment and stuff of all kinds. Sometimes you can get something for 1/2 to a 1/3 off what you'd find anywhere else. Have locations in Clarkston and Byron. I go over there a lot too and check out everything. Really cool place:thumbsup:
