I wonder if he will spend the money on the full plate count rear weight kit for both sides which is recommended anyway as it it is the only effective counterbalance to the overhung load of the bucket?
If you look closely at the lower left hand side of skid steer you will see
where the weight plates can be/are attached/bolted to the right side of these models to counter the effects of an overhanging load and keep the tires on the ground. The left side has the same mounting attachment for plate weights as well.

Not to nit pick, but it was obviously staged as the grapple fit nicely in the valley of the drainage ditch and the boom arms allowed it to stay directly in the center of the ditch and the long palm tree itself prevented the skid steer from tipping sideways as it tipped forward as well.
One begs to wonder why he did not cut the palm tree up into smaller bolt lengths to keep the load centered within the skid steer loaders circumference.
As other have mentioned he has not run these machines very much as you never never run around with load in the air unless and until you are ready to dump it.
