40 miles a way where grower 250 acress ship out
$4.75 or 5 doz bag cheaper
whole sale $2.50 or so
what kinds grow?
how keep recon out .?
what spray grass get out?
i have and pick it

Why would they provide you wth that? Then you wouldn't spend a kings ransome on weed control.
Have you ever stoped to think how easy it would be to disperse nonnative weed seeds from a plane and then sell pre emergent herbicide to control it?

Wow! Roundup ready sweet corn! How long has it been available? Not sure if we can plant it here in Canada. If we plant BT corn we require inspections from the Canada Food Inspection Agency to ensure we are planting according to the federal regulations.

Heck: just use round up ground clear stuff then you dont even have to MOW that would be nice heck put in some AstroTurf and save the mower gas hehehe

'm not growing any probably due to deer & coon love it in my garden too much. last 3 trys the deer & coon or wind storms wiped it out...

I can't find anything saying it has been approved for planting in Canada. I did find a few tidbits. It looks like the Organic crown are not happy with it.

Hopefully the Canadian government will not be bought like the US has been. A little education would end this product. I think just last week the news was reporting on how the bugs are becoming resistant to the chemicals. As a farmer, I have trouble buying from a company that wants to actively put me under if I don't buy their product.

The sad part is the lack of labeling in the food product. I'm sure if it was stated they would sell a lot less. Good for the Canadians and Europeans to ensure labeling

It's all wrapped up in Monsantos seed, resistant to bugs, weeds, and now Monsanto has a drought resistant version for their corn. It is going to get better right!:confused2:
