Anyone have getting bank to lower Mortgage Rate

Did he say they cut loans to the US? I assume it is a Canadian company if it in in Vancouver BC...

David, I am sorry, I miss read your address as Ladysmith BC CA. We in the Pac NW are more familiar with such city names across the border rather than VA. No they do not write loans in the US. Sorry again.
