Anyone have getting bank to lower Mortgage Rate

If anyone finds a good deal with a bank/mortgage co./etc. that will refi FARM type property (more value in the land than the house) PLEASE let me know!

I would LOVE a lower payment on Mossflower Woods!

David, I am sorry, I miss read your address as Ladysmith BC CA. We in the Pac NW are more familiar with such city names across the border rather than VA. No they do not write loans in the US. Sorry again.

Yes sir I did. They wanted another 10% down, and they could not give ne terms as good as what I have now.
