How Long Have You Been A TBN Member?

I once read EVERY POST on TBN! ONCE!

Taint no way you can do that now!

I am not sure when I found TBN. It was about the time of the name change, either just before or just after. Quite a few websites where having to change names due to Copyright issues. Seems like I lurked for awhile just reading before joining.

Such a long time ago in Human time. Forever ago in Computer time. :laughing:

I had a 1995 B7100 at the time and found TBN's earlier version shortly after that. I made the deal to trade the B7100 for a B2710 on July 19, 1999, so I'd been a member here for awhile before that, as Robert said.

And as with some other early members, I used to read every post; been a long time since I could do that.

I think it's great that some of the members who have been here since before TBN was even called TBN are among the first to reply to this thread... still active almost daily after 12 years. We're coming up on our 14th anniversary! :confused2:

I've been around 11 years and 4 months as of this coming Wednesday.

Joined in late 2003 after buying my JD, wanted to kick myself because I didn't know about TBN prior to that. I wasn't much involved in TBN from late 2003 to 2006, then when they changed the format I had so many problems logging in I just said the h--- with it. Took me those three years to get to 900 posts, decided to return about 13 months ago, and have made over 2400 posts during those 13 months...so I have basically been here for four years in real time.
