Can the TL421 loader be replaced/swapped with another Kubota model front end loader?

Never heard of anyone who wanted to. What is the reason?

They all came with one on the B21 as a stock item, unlike AG Kubota tractors that the loader often comes as an option. I'm guessing either yours is bent or damaged or you want to install a more powerful loader. I believe a B20 (older version of the B21) had the same loader, not that will probably help you. More information would help.

Yes, the loader is bent from the cross bar down to the pins, and the frame is no longer square. Can not be straightened due to prior owner doing a less then perfect job. It is off about 1 1/2 inches when laying the bucket on concrete floor. Still very functional just something that always bothers me when leveling anything. They go for just about $1,000 new (frame only).

I believe the bottom pin (back of bucket) on the left must have fallen out and the bucket dropped with a heavy load in it, twisting and cracking the right arm. The repair weld was good and has not failed me and I do not baby it in anyway. It also causes the right bottom pin attachment point to be repaired and the pin alignment is off a bit.

The B20 I had also had a bent frame and the bucket was not level. I agree it is aggravating when grading or moving snow. The only time it is useful is when you are trying to crown a driveway. At one point I loosened everything up and put a board under the bucket on the low side, lifted the tractor and tightened everything back up That reduced some of the condition. It didn't get rid of all of it and eventually it all came back.

I just did a quick scan of their Kubota inventory list. It looks like they have a Kubota B21 and a B20 parts tractor. Maybe they have the loader frame still available at a reasonable price. Hey, it can't hurt to ask. If they don't try Googling Kubota tractor salvage yards or different variations of that search. You might get lucky. Good luck.
