Can the TL421 loader be replaced/swapped with another Kubota model front end loader?
Yes, the loader is bent from the cross bar down to the pins, and the frame is no longer square. Can not be straightened due to prior owner doing a less then perfect job. It is off about 1 1/2 inches when laying the bucket on concrete floor. Still very functional just something that always bothers me when leveling anything. They go for just about $1,000 new (frame only).
I believe the bottom pin (back of bucket) on the left must have fallen out and the bucket dropped with a heavy load in it, twisting and cracking the right arm. The repair weld was good and has not failed me and I do not baby it in anyway. It also causes the right bottom pin attachment point to be repaired and the pin alignment is off a bit.
Try contacting these people. They may have the part your looking for.
