So, it was all about a new member that was 'competition' to Ken.- And it appears that the new member got removed from the site.- Perhaps, Ken was the one that reported him.

Wow, talk about being ripped off!

And he charges more:laughing:

Have you been selling alot of them ?

Are you 'advertising' anywhere ?

JB
Yup, Ken is advertising on here for 'FREE'.
Who are you asking?

If me, then 'Yes to both';)

Yeah I was asking you, forgot the quote.

Glad to hear it.

I don't get it, a winery selling tractor accessories?
Then signing up on TBN just to promote a product,--> I thought there were rules against that.<--

JB
-->There are rules against it.<--..-->someone has to report him.<--

I don't get it either.

I can understand that Ken has been here a lot longer than the member that was removed, but there is no difference because Ken is not an 'advertiser' on here either.:confused2:

You're preaching to the wrong choir, bubba. Sorry.

This is 100% a matter to take up with M, the owner. We have zip, zero say in these matters, as we are merely guests in his house. None. Nada.

Sharing all this with us makes you look petty or vindictive. We weren't part of the problem and we're surely not part of the solution. Just sayin'.

Colorado has great snipe hunting...enjoy your time here and let us know if you bag any. They are an invasive species like the rabbits in Australia and just as numerous; but are tough to find and nab. They should make for a challenging hunting trip for you.

I was thinking along the lines of Elk...and maybe you could be my long range spotter...... You wont hear it coming, it's supersonic.

I'd be happy to indoctrinate you into the sport.....

You are sporty aren't you?

To distill down to it's basic premise, what this forum is, is a place for posters to interact and share their views and questions concerning each and every sub forum contained in the website, so long as they abide by the Users Agreement set fort by the forum owner, in this case Muhammad Christi.

I surmise that probably 99% of members logging on, never read that agreement, the log on (first time) and check 'I agree' and continue without ever taking the time to explore the forum rules set down by Mr. Christi that govern the way this forum operates.

Having said that, make no mistake, this forum is a for profit venture as evidenced by the pop up ads, click through ads and 'paid advertisers'.

Mr. Christi receives monetary gain from this forum. He wouldn't be hosting this forum, leasing a .com site or perpetuating the existence of this forum if he wasn't profiting monetarily from it.

Consequently, he can act in a arbitrary and capricious manner concerning any and all aspects of this forum because he owns it, much like you own your house or car. To him, it's nothing more than an object to make a profit with.

He can, at his sole discretion, manipulate any and all aspects contained herein without any input from the community, and he does and that is something that everyone needs to keep in mind....

Bottom line is you are a guest. However, with no guests, this forum ceases to exist as a profitable (for him) entity because the very profitability of this forum is based entirely on the number of members that post and click on advertisers ads and look at the click through pop up's. That's all gaged on search engine results and I'm sure Mr. Christy gets regular updates tracking those click thorough. I know I do concerning my own site.

Thats how it works folks.

It's all about making money, nothing more.:)

Well, Low Bucket has posted since you posted, but yeah...time to close this one. All points to be made have been made...my humble opinion...

There is much wisdom in Roy's comment!

Whether or not you have a legitimate beef, you may wish to consider that you have succeeded in reducing your effect with such an egregious and public approach.

An unpleasant but mighty lesson life has taught me..."it is not our feelings that make us right or wrong, it is not always the facts or circumstances that make us appear valiant....but is without a doubt the character of a man who choses to place more emphasis on addressing a wrong (not out of pride or public exaltation), and going to only the individuals involved to negotiate a resolution, that produces the greatest result and slays ones own internal anger"!

Good luck to ya! :2cents:

I prefer to hunt spandex clad dancers at Shotgun Willie's.

Tell you what Low Bucket; since this is obviously an issue of national importance to you; how about you starting your own tractor forum and you can set forth whatever rules and regulations you see fit as you would be the owner.

OTHERWISE GET A LIFE AND GET OVER IT!
