Mechron 2200

Good luck!

We are realizing the more we use ours the happier we are with it. I'd declare it indispensable now. We can do so much more work using it. Just finished a 225 foot long run of solid 6 Ft cedar fencing. This 2200 hauled everything and made running back and forth to the shop a pleasure.

BTW-we are 4.5 hours from our dealer. No issues to date. great little machine.

FYI Mechron owners: We ordered and installed the bed rail extensions. Boy they sure are heavy duty. Super easy to install too. 15 minute job. These rails add quite a bit of height to the bed sides and across the front of the bed. Helps when hauling bulky items.

Anyways,

Happy new Year

photo number one has the roof on backwards. We found this when the dealer tried to install the factory full enclosure. I swapped mine around and it travels on the trailer with a lot less wind vibration this way. kind of looks sportier that way though.

Holy cow Dr.Rick. I am going to call the dealer who installed it and bust his chops Ha Ha. It does vibrate quite easily and that bugs me. Is it a big deal to swap it around I probably need to do that!
Thanks,

and look what you may have started!! Check out the Kioti Official Image. Yep-Mine is backwards.

no, it is easy to swap around. My dealer put mine on backwards at first, and did not find the problem until he went and tried to put on the factory enclosure. He has since begun placing them on the other way. it is a lot stiffer in the wind.

Thanks again, We swapped the sunshade around this weekend and boy it made a difference in the stability in the wind. I was sort of bothered by the way it chattered before. Steady as a rock now!

Here is a pic with side rails and roof on correctly.

I've got about 50 hours on my Mechron. The plastic windshield is messed up bad. I may upgrade to a glass on in the future. I wish I had gotten the hydraulic dump. You have to partially unload the box before you can dump a load of gravel. I also use it to pull small stumps and pull stuck vehicles. Also works good as a lot mule for towing trailers around the farm. Also use it to roll the yard with 1180lb roller.DSCF0772.jpg
