Are theses two tractors (Tc25d. Tc40d ) 2002 on the same frame if so are the tires the same size ? And whats the wt dif

No and No. The weight difference is dependent on wheel & tire equipment and any added ballast. Average shipping weight for the TC25 is 2206 lb. I can't find that figure for a TC40, but I'd put it at about 2650 or so. Differences in liquid ballast capacities would broaden the spread.
I don't use Tractordata.com as it has too many inaccuracies for my taste.

Data published in Intertec I&T repair manuals.

Some of Tractordata's info is accurate, some is garbage. As with anything, the trick is to sort out the grain from the chaff.

I can't find that figure for a TC40, but I'd put it at about 2650 or so.

Rick, my TC45D is 3484 lb dry, so I'm sure the TC40D is very close.

A TC25D, I believe, is a class 2 chassis and the TC40D is a class 3 chassis. The TC25D is ~2400 - 2600lbs (without loader), while the TC40D is 3400 - 3600lbs (without loader). Both tractors are Shibaura tractors.
