Introduction and looking to buy first tractor

Good evening folks, my name is Michael and i'm looking to purchase my first tractor.(sounds like the start of an addiction meeting haha). I am currently looking at the latest kubota l4600dt with 72" bucket quick attach, 6' cutter, 6' box scrape, 20' tandem axle equipment trailer. Have not set down with the dealer just yet but they are saying rougly 27000 for this package deal. Hoping that once being able to sit down with them can get them down off their first price. Do yall think its possible or do yall think they are bottom dollar already?

Mower is a hawse or howse cant quite remember and not sure just yet on the box blade
